Hey there! I'm Zoe, a psychologist who's about embracing neurodiversity and helping others on their journey of self-discovery. My ideal client? They're a parent of neurodivergent kids, figuring out their own ND identity along the way. They're learning about self-compassion and understanding themselves after a late identification. I know it can be tough to break away from the old-school medical model of disability, but I'm here to help my clients explore the social model and learn more about themselves in the process. My goal is to create a space where we can work together on finding that perfect neuro-environmental fit.
At the end of the day, I want my clients to know that self-compassion is possible and that they're a perfectly normal neurodivergent person who deserves respect, acceptance, understanding, and support. And that's exactly what I'm here for – offering neurodiversity affirming autism and ADHD assessments to help them thrive.

Zoe works with us on Mondays, Fridays and some Wednesday afternoons.
Zoe's wait time for an assessment is estimated to be around 1-3 months. This is only a rough estimate, as our waitlists can be quite fluid, and sometimes there is movement, which means we might have unexpected appointments that pop up earlier than this.
