We provide supervision and skills-based training for early-career and fully registered psychologists, including provisional psychologists completing the 4+2 or 5+1 pathways and psychologists undertaking their clinical registrar program.
We also support occupational therapists and clinicians across disciplines, including counsellors, social workers, and other allied health professionals working with neurodivergent clients.
Our spaces are designed for clinicians who want to deepen their understanding of neurodivergence, strengthen their practice, and build confidence in their clinical work. We also welcome clinicians navigating experiences such as burnout, late diagnosis, identity exploration, or professional transition.
Individual Supervision
Individual supervision provides a dedicated space to reflect on your clinical work, build confidence in your decision-making, and explore questions or challenges in a supportive environment.
These one-to-one sessions allow supervision to be tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking guidance with complex presentations, developing your therapeutic approach, working toward registration requirements, or reflecting on your professional growth.
Many clinicians find that combining individual supervision with Skills Labs allows them to both reflect on their work and actively build new skill, creating a more complete and sustainable approach to professional development.
Skills Labs
Our Skills Labs are practical, interactive workshop sessions designed to help you build skills and confidence in clinical work. Rather than focusing on case discussion alone, Skills Labs are structured around live demonstrations, guided practice, and real-world scenarios. Each lab focuses on a specific topic and gives you the opportunity to actively try new skills and move from theoretical understanding to practical application in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Skills Labs are ideal for clinicians who:
-
feel unsure what to actually say or do when working with clients.
-
want more than theory or discussion-based learning.
-
learn best by seeing, trying, and refining their approach.
Upcoming Skills Labs
PDA Skills Lab
(Pathological/Pervasive Demand Avoidance / Persistent Drive for Autonomy)
28th of April - 12:00PM- 1:30PM AEDT
This Skills Lab is for clinicians who already understand PDA in theory, but feel stuck applying that knowledge in client sessions.
This is not a beginner’s “What is PDA?” training.
This is about what actually happens in session - and what to do when your usual skills and techniques stop working.
If you’ve ever finished a session thinking “I don’t know what else to try”, this skills lab is for you.
If sessions sometimes feel like
-
The session is going well… until you offer something practical
-
The client agrees with everything… but nothing changes
-
All suggestions lead to explanations of why it won’t work
-
Insight is high, but action is low
-
You end the session feeling confused, frustrated or ineffective
-
Therapy feels stuck or circular
These moments are common when working with clients with a PDA profile - and they’re not a sign that you’re doing anything “wrong”. These are the moments where it’s not always obvious what to do next.
What we’ll do
This is a hands-on, practice-based session - not a lecture or webinar.
You will:
-
Watch a live demonstration with two of our senior clinicians
-
Understand common therapy barriers for PDA clients and how to pivot in real time
-
Practice using PDA-friendly language.
-
Learn how to reduce demands while still maintaining therapeutic direction and progress
Who it’s for
Allied health professionals (Psychologists, OTs, Counsellors, Social Workers) who have a foundational understanding of PDA and want to bridge the gap between knowing and doing. You don’t need to be an expert - but some familiarity with PDA is strongly recommended.
This PDA Skills Lab session is $150 per participant.
