Hi and welcome! I'm Tara, an ADHDer myself, and honestly, I just find exploring humans fascinating. What we do, why we do it, how we hold everything we're carrying and still keep showing up. That curiosity is a big part of why I do this work.
I work with people who are often carrying more than others realise: trauma, a childhood where their needs weren't quite met, chronic pain, or a health condition that makes ordinary days feel harder than they should. Maybe you've started asking why life feels so overwhelming, why relationships feel like more work than they should, or why you've spent years being told you're "too much" or "too weird."
I love the moments when someone connects with themselves a little more gently, when they can look at everything they're holding and feel some compassion for themselves instead of judgment. I believe you already have what you need inside you to heal. Sometimes it's just easier to do that alongside someone else.

Exploring new places
I love travelling and exploring new places. I get itchy feet every couple of years and want to move to a new exciting place.
Moving my body
Cycling, surfing or tennis are my favourite things to get my body moving!
Games
I'm a big fan of a good puzzle, a park bench and some quality people watching, or getting a little bit competitive over cards and board games.

Tara's therapy wait list is estimated to be around 1-2 months. This is only a rough estimate, as our waitlists can be quite fluid, and sometimes there is movement, which means we might have unexpected appointments that pop up earlier than this.
