Sara Neucom
She/Her
Occupational Therapist
State: NSW
Hi, I'm Sara, an ADHD Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting neurodivergent people who are tired of feeling like they're constantly falling behind in a world that doesn't quite fit.
If you work with me, it won't feel clinical or overly formal. I'm relaxed, honest, and human. We'll slow things down, get curious about what's actually making things hard, and find practical ways to make your day-to-day life feel more manageable.
I don't believe you're lazy or lacking discipline. I believe your brain works in its own way - and when we understand it properly, things start to shift.
No fixing. No pressure to be someone else. Just steady support while you build a life that feels more sustainable.
Outside of being an OT, you'll find me exploring the outdoors hiking, paddleboarding, and camping, or at home hyper-fixating on a new craft project with my dog and cats for company

Exploring the Outdoors
I love a good hike, especially one with good views, camping, paddle boarding, and adventurous day trips.
Crafting
I am always trying something new and usually have a few different projects on the go.
Psychological Thrillers
I love binge watching a good series or a few movies, especially ones that keep me guessing.
Things that make me 'me'

Sara works with us on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Sara's therapy wait list is estimated to be around 2-3 months for OT and 8-10 months for a FCA. This is only a rough estimate, as our waitlists can be quite fluid, and sometimes there is movement, which means we might have unexpected appointments that pop up earlier than this.
