Provisional Psychologist
State: QLD
Hey, it’s lovely to meet you! I’m Kate, a Provisional Psychologist passionate about supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical young people, adults, and families.
I believe therapy shouldn’t aim to “fix” you, but to empower you to embrace your neurodivergent traits as strengths and support you through life’s challenges. I’m particularly passionate about helping people to better understand their unique strengths, build confidence, and feel heard and understood.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, school or work stress, friendship or relationship challenges, parenting worries, neurodivergent identity, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday life, I’m here to provide a safe and supportive space to work through things together.

Exploring the outdoors
You’ll usually find me outside somewhere, wandering through nature, getting some fresh air, and taking a bit of time to reset.
Surfing
Surfing is one of my favourite ways to unwind. I love being in the ocean and just getting out of my head for a while while doing a fun activity.
Hiking
I love a good hike. There’s something really nice about reaching the top, taking in the view, and feeling like you’ve made a big achievement!

Kate's therapy wait list is estimated to be around 1-2 months. This is only a rough estimate, as our waitlists can be quite fluid, and sometimes there is movement, which means we might have unexpected appointments that pop up earlier than this.
