Hey there! I am here support others on their journey of self-discovery and embrace neurodiversity. Moving away from the old-school medical model of disability can be challenging, but I help my clients explore the social model and better understand themselves. My goal is to create a space where we can find the right neuro-environmental fit together. One of my spIns include passion for understanding PDA. Above all, I want my clients to know that self-compassion is possible, they are valid, worthy, and deserving of respect, acceptance, and support. That’s why I offer neurodiversity-affirming autism and ADHD assessments to help them thrive.

Sharks
Researching shark attacks in Australia - why they happen and what environmental factors are involved. When I'm at a river or beach with my family, I like to think and talk about the time of year, water conditions, weather and environmental conditions to try and work out what sharks may be around.
Air Crash Investigations
Watching shows and reading about air crash investigations - stats and data on plane crashes and researching flight safety.
Mt Everest
I've recently started learning about Mt Everest - the mountaineers that have climbed it, the best entry points, the lifestyles of the sherpas, etc. I don't even like hiking...

Fiona works with us on Tuesdays for therapy as well as Wednesdays and Thursday for assessments.
Fiona's wait time for an assessment is estimated to be around 1-3 months. This is only a rough estimate, as our waitlists can be quite fluid, and sometimes there is movement, which means we might have unexpected appointments that pop up earlier than this.
