Hey, you radiant soul! I'm so grateful you stopped by to peek into my world. I'm Haffy, and I provide neurodiversity-affirming ADHD and Autism assessments for adults across Australia exploring their neurodivergence.
My clients have often faced developmental or complex trauma and have experienced some form of oppression in their lives. This can lead to difficulties in having to mask and perform for a society that values conformity and capitalism. My goal is to help you better understand your self-concept and provide you with tools to cope with and thrive in life. I aim to guide you in re-establishing internal safety, identifying triggers, and processing/integrating your feelings. Remember, it's okay not to feel okay right now. I am here to listen to you and support you through this journey.

Haffy's wait time for an assessment is estimated to be around 1-3 months. This is only a rough estimate, as our waitlists can be quite fluid, and sometimes there is movement, which means we might have unexpected appointments that pop up earlier than this.
