Are you an Autistic person wondering whether you have a PDA profile? If you have a PDA profile it's likely that everyday demands feel overwhelming-even when you want to get things done. If you experience severe anxiety, resistance, meltdown or shutdown when faced with expectations from others (and even yourself) - you’re not alone.
Please note: this is not an Autism diagnostic assessment, this profile is for Autistic people who already have confirmation of their neurotype (i.e. already have an Autism diagnosis).
