Benita Rullo

Psychologist

Hey there, I'm Benita, and I'm glad you stopped by. If you're on the lookout for a neurodiversity assessment that digs into your authentic self and helps you navigate the neurotypical world, you're in the right place.

My focus centres on positive self-discovery and empowering you to fully embrace who you are. Imagine a space where you can be yourself without any pretence, and I'm here to accommodate your preferences, be it sensory or movement-related.

I am truly passionate about the neurodivergent community and am dedicated to ensuring that all clients feel acknowledged, validated, and appreciated for who they are. I believe in creating a safe and affirming space where you can truly be yourself, unmasking your vulnerabilities and embracing your unique experiences in a world that often fails to understand. My mission is to empower people to embrace their uniqueness and find strength in their differences.

Let's make this more than a psychologist-client thing; let's make it a real connection. I can't wait to chat with you!

More about Benita

Home state: SA

My eye sparkles and SpIns (special interests) include:

  • The Beach - I really love the beach and water. I spend the majority of my spare time by the beach, either swimming, walking, or sitting by the beach watching the sunset.

  • Food - I would consider myself to be a big foodie. I love all things food, and enjoy spending my time researching and wining and dining at the newest restaurants.

  • Singing/Music - I am constantly keeping up to date with my Spotify playlists and you will often find me signing and dancing around the house in my spare time.

  • Fashion - I love all things fashion-related. I am constantly keeping up with the latest trends and spending majority of my wage on new clothes.

  • Crime Documentaries - I spend a lot of my spare time binge watching and researching crime documentaries/stories, and often end up freaking myself out.

Here are 3 things I believe with all my heart to be true:

  • 1. Neurodivergent people deserve to be seen and heard and not marginalised or forced to fit into a neurotypical society.
    2. Manifestation is the bridge between imagination and reality.
    3. There is nothing more powerful than the power of your mind.

Our senior clinicians will then review the form and allocate you to the assessor who has the skills and experience to meet your needs.

  • We also request your credit card, debit card, or Paypal details. Rest assured that we take card security seriously, and your details are stored securely on our client management system, Halaxy. This security measure helps us prevent theft and fraud. No one at Very Helpful Chats will have access to your card details.
