Provisional Psychologist

Stephanie Murray

What's up? I am Steph, an AuADHDer and provisional psychologist. I am passionate about helping you embrace your unique strengths and thrive in a world that may not always understand or appreciate neurodivergence. I'm not just a professional with knowledge—I also bring my own lived experiences to the table. If you're struggling with family dynamics, processing childhood trauma, or feel like no one truly understands your world, I'm here to listen and provide support without judgment.

It's important to remember that even when life gets tough and you feel like you've hit rock bottom, these moments are only temporary. Things can and will get better. With the right support, you can build resilience and emerge stronger than ever before. So, if you're ready to explore your neurodivergent identity, navigate difficult family dynamics, or process trauma with someone who truly understands, I'm here for you.

More about Stephanie

Home state: WA

  • I love to read fantasy books. They're my own personal escape for when my life gets hectic.

  • I'm particularly interested in learning about the effects of trauma on our body, beliefs, relationships and development.

  • I enjoy listening to music whilst sketching.

  • I love collecting small hand painted cottages. When I was a child my gran used to have some on her mantle piece. Now every time I look at the ones I've collected, I'm hit with fuzzy feelings and nostalgia.
