Haffy Kediye

Registered Psychologist

Hey, you radiant soul! I'm so grateful you stopped by to peek into my world. I'm Haffy, and I provide neurodiversity-affirming ADHD and Autism assessments for adults across Australia exploring their neurodivergence.

My clients have often faced developmental or complex trauma and have experienced some form of oppression in their lives. This can lead to difficulties in having to mask and perform for a society that values conformity and capitalism. My goal is to help you better understand your self-concept and provide you with tools to cope with and thrive in life. I aim to guide you in re-establishing internal safety, identifying triggers, and processing/integrating your feelings. Remember, it's okay not to feel okay right now. I am here to listen to you and support you through this journey.

My eye sparkles and SpIns (special interests) include:
My SpIns include playing chess, painting (oil painting, watercolour), and sketching anatomical art such as hands. I also really love reading books and have all my life. Particularly, I love historical non-fiction books. I minored in history at university, and since I was a teen enjoyed reading autobiographies of people going through significant historical events. My favourite parts of history that I geek out on are the history of empires, world wars and communist history. I also geek out on Greek mythology. Currently, I am learning how to read Tarot cards.

Here are three things I believe with all my heart to be true:

  1. A future without racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia and other systems of oppression is possible when people in marginalised groups come together as allies.

  2. I believe (and have experienced) that there is a big overlap between expansive creative energies and being ND. I think of it as a gift.

  3. I believe in Karma.
